Jerome is a postgraduate in Social Work from reputed Loyola College. Further, Jerome has his specialization in Juvenile Justice and Juvenile psychology from Madras University. He handled many sensitive programs for Dalit Youth in remote areas and implemented short-term projects with foreign donors.

Jerome worked with various voluntary organizations across a spectrum of social sectors in and around Tamil Nadu. He is in community development, Donor Management, and effective program management, CSR  management, Donor Management and FCRA consultant . To help needy and poor by establishing a home for them, Jerome founded FEEED in 2020.
