Jerome holds a postgraduate degree in Social Work from the reputed Loyola College. He further specialized in Juvenile Justice and Juvenile Psychology at Madras University. Jerome has managed several sensitive programs for Dalit youth in remote areas and successfully implemented short-term projects with foreign donors.

Throughout his career, Jerome has worked with various voluntary organizations across a wide range of social sectors in and around Tamil Nadu. His expertise includes community development, donor management, effective program management, CSR management, and FCRA consulting. Driven by a desire to help the needy and poor, Jerome founded FEEED in 2020, establishing a home for those in need.
